No. You will continue to connect to the same sales contact you worked with prior to the acquisition. 

If I work with a Metravib Material Testing distributor, will my sales contact change?

No. You will continue to purchase products through your Metravib Material Testing distributor.

Will my field service engineer change?

No. Your instrument will still receive the same reliable service from the same field service engineer.

Will the production location of the Alpha or Metravib Material Testing instruments change?

No. The production locations for both Alpha and Metravib Material Testing locations will not change as a result of this acquisition.

Will my commercial terms change?

No. Your current prices and payment terms will not change because of this acquisition.

Are my current quotations from Metravib Material Testing valid?

Yes. Any quotations that are not beyond the expiration date are still valid.  This includes any buy-back, trade-in, and other discounts offered.

Will Alpha Technologies still honor our existing service agreement?

Yes. Alpha Technologies will comply with all of the terms within your existing agreement.

Will the Metravib Material Testing business name change?

Yes. The Metravib Material Testing brand name will remain in use. The registration number will not change.

Are any changes or integrations of the products expected?

While we look forward to combining the best capabilities of Alpha Technologies and Metravib Material Testing products over time, no changes are planned in the near future.
